Yagoowood Hotel Furniture - Project Case Sharing: Yili Yimeinalati Grand Hotel

The architectural style of the Yimeinalati Hotel in Yili, Xinjiang, is deeply integrated with the local characteristics and customs. It ingeniously combines ethnic cultural elements with modern travel and residence needs. From the exterior design to the interior decoration, it incorporates cultural elements of the Kazakh and other ethnic groups. Traditional patterns, colors and architectural forms showcase its unique charm. Grand scale and reasonable layout: Covering an area of 83.2 mu, with a total construction area of 77,000 square meters and a total investment of 450 million yuan, it consists of 11 commercial complexes, including hotels, homestays, shops, etc. The planning and layout are reasonable, providing tourists with rich spatial experiences.

The hotel extensively uses furniture made of natural materials. For instance, the wooden furniture is made of wood with beautiful grain and hard texture, preserving the natural feel and color of the wood, giving people a warm feeling of closeness to nature, which echoes the natural environment of the Nalati Grassland. The design inspiration for some furniture comes from nature. For instance, the lines of some tables and chairs are smooth and natural, resembling the Outlines of streams or mountains on the grassland. Some furniture is decorated with patterns of natural elements such as leaves and flowers, further reinforcing the theme of nature.

The furniture in the hotel is mainly characterized by simple and smooth lines, discarding complex and cumbersome decorations, embodying a modern and minimalist aesthetic concept. This makes the hotel space appear spacious and grand, while still maintaining a sense of refinement, such as the simple straight-line bed frames and geometrically shaped coffee tables. The color combination mainly features earth tones and natural colors, such as off-white, light yellow, brown, etc. These colors, when combined with each other, create a warm, comfortable and natural spatial atmosphere, and are also in harmony with the overall design style of the hotel.

The hotel furniture features patterns with local ethnic characteristics of Xinjiang, such as traditional geometric patterns and floral patterns of the Kazakh people. These patterns are applied to the surfaces of the furniture through techniques like carving, embroidery, and dyeing, and are displayed on headboards, sofa cushions, curtains, and other parts, conveying a strong regional cultural atmosphere. It also drew inspiration from the local traditional architecture and furniture designs in daily life, such as yurt-shaped lamps and Kazakh "flower box" -shaped mini bars. These unique designs not only have practical functions but also have become important symbols for showcasing local culture.
